La Maugerie

La Maugerie is a 300 year old Normandy farmhouse which we have refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of the original features.
We have two large south facing ensuite bedrooms, both with glorious views across the Vire valley. The guest dining room has a huge granite fireplace with woodburning stove, keeping you warm during the cooler evenings. From here the original oak staircase leads you to your room which, whilst having plenty of character, also has all the modern comforts you would wish for.
As well as the scrumptious breakfast we offer homecooked three course evening meals with complimentary bottle of wine at very reasonable rates. Take a look at our guest book to see how our dinners are appreciated by our visitors.
