Westerton B&B is exclusively for grown-ups, and as Callander's member of Scotland’s Best B&Bs;, we look after a maximum of 6 guests in a relaxed and friendly country house style atmosphere.

Nestling beneath Callander Crags at the quieter west end of Callander, Westerton B&B is on the banks of the River Leny, with immediate access to walking and cycling routes yet only a short walk to Callander’s restaurants, cafes and shops. Westerton is privileged to have an acre of private nature friendly woodland garden extending down to the River Leny with an elevated south facing terrace for our guests to enjoy. Frequent wildlife visitors are roe deer, pheasants, ducks, a multitude of birdlife and the occasional red squirrel.

Westerton B&B has 3 beautifully inviting guest bedrooms each offering a superior standard of spacious, comfortable accommodation and the perfect haven to relax and unwind on your holiday.

All of our guest bedrooms are situated upstairs on the first floor and enjoy clear views of the countryside around Callander.

Every care has been taken to preserve theVictorian elegance throughout the house and our guest rooms merge this seamlessly with modern comfort and convenience.
Our boutique B&B bedrooms all have a large superking size brass bed with a pocket sprung mattress set on a sprung base, feather and down duvets and pillows and white Egyptian cotton bed linen to ensure a comfortable night, and modern ensuite facilities.
Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, Radio/alarm with Ipod docking station, hospitality tray, complimentary Highland Aromatics softly scented toiletries, white fluffy towels, hairdryer and free wifi.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the understated elegance of our Morning Room, with its original Victorian architectural features, white table linen, shining silverware and delicious food, breakfast feels like a special occasion. The Morning Room also has a spacious seating area with large comfortable sofas where guests are welcome to relax any time of day.

We offer a home from home, relaxed country house style atmosphere at Westerton B&B and our guests are welcome to relax anytime on the comfortable sofas in the elegant morning room, or enjoy peace and tranquillity in the large riverbank garden or on our south facing terrace. We do not have a licence to sell alcohol but if you would like to enjoy a glass of wine we are very happy to provide glasses, ice and chill wine if you would like to bring your own.

Callander offers lots of walking opportunites and the Rob Roy Way and the Sustrans Route 7 cycleway are just a few minutes from Westerton B&B. We welcome walkers, cyclists and bikers. We have a drying room to dry out any wet gear. We have safe storage for bicycles in our garage and hardstanding for motorcycles. We love to welcome Classic Cars and their owners, and have free private offstreet parking for all our guests. Mike also has a garage packed with tools to help with any running repairs! All of these services are at no extra cost.

Whilst Callander is just over 1 hour from the major cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, and even closer to the historic city of Stirling, we are a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
